Leadership Development

JQ International seeks to develop and empower leadership amongst GLBT Jewish community members. Through a variety of leadership development opportunities and programs, JQ International has created a series of informal interactive replicable leadership development activities. These 30-60 minute discussion modules have been integrated into JQLA's monthly Leadership Shabbot Dinner Series that launched Rosh Hashannah 2008. Created and implemented by Naomi Goldberg, they have been designed to allow any GLBT Jewish organization to easily modify for replication for their respective communities.

JQ's Leadership Development Kits

Leadership Development Kit I
   Mission, Objectives and Purpose

Leadership Development Kit II
   Organizational Infrastructure and Operations

Leadership Development Kit III
   Identifying Leaders & Leadership Opportunities

Leadership Development Kit IV
   Community Advocacy Assesment

For each month in 2009, JQ will publish an additional Leadership Development Kit.
